while sir dan was in town for his monthly work trip to phoenix, we decided to give the biltmore’s newest restaurant a whirl. the gladly is in the heart of the biltmore / esplanade business district and the restaurant is perfect for that suit and tie audience. as per usual, we bellied up to the bar and shared a few plates, all of which was delicious. overall i’d say the gladly is a great place for a power lunch or business dinner, but won’t be a regular stop for us.
