being in phoenix for the holidays meant we got to enjoy three nights of luminaries lining every street in our beloved willo historic district. it’s a beautiful willo tradition each december 22, 23 & 24. for three nights, volunteers manage lining and lighting hundreds of luminaries that make the neighborhood so festive and bright.
