it’s a broth-based beef/chicken noodle soup that comes with
a heaping side of extras to add to your personal taste.
you’ve probably had it… for lunch or dinner.
in vietnam, it’s a breakfast meal.
and when it’s blazing hot & humid,
hot instant (bleh) coffee & tearing meat off the bone & slurping hot noodles
