for my girlfriend alicia’s birthday party i wanted to bring a surprise treat.
my theme for her birthday was “a magical year” so i decided on
birthday cake flavored vodka jello shots with rainbow sprinkles.
they sounded festive, boozy and pretty. a winning birthday combination.
the morning of the party, danny helped me whip them up.
they’re SO quick & easy – just make sure you have enough time to let them chill.

something to note: the ingredients add up quickly and do require
one “speciality” item which is white chocolate godiva liquor ($40),
in addition to birthday cake flavored vodka ($20).
oh! and i used a regular cupcake pan with silicone cupcake liners.
because they’re pretty strong, don’t be shy with the whipped cream & sprinkles!
