danny was in charge of booking our honeymoon accommodations. as the trip neared, i burst into tears when i realized that nothing had been done and there was a massive convention going on in amsterdam that had the entire city booked up! i could feel that danny was panicking, so i jumped on the web and sure enough – “no availability” everywhere i looked. after a week of sweating it, danny found “ben & jerry” (seriously) who were renting their flat in an amazing part of the city… sure?! we lugged our suitcases down the cobblestone streets and squealed when we walked inside. multi-story home with a private patio on a canal with a fridge full of champagne – ahhhh.
